Doris Day was the original House Bunny! While the current release movie "House Bunny" doesn't have a real rabbit (although it has plenty of "hair" via a make-over theme about some cosmetically-challenged sorority sisters), the 1949 flick "My Dream Is Yours" features Doris Day as a life-sized Easter bunnyette in a surreal dream sequence that includes Bugs Bunny and Tweety Bird (it looks like the technicolor fantasy of someone who has just eaten too many jelly beans!) The He-rabbit in the scene is played by Jack Carter, a former squeeze and frequent co-star of Day.
