• SIFF: The Meaning of Tea, 12 noon (film, followed by panel discussion)
• Korean Loose Leaf, 1:30pm (Yoon Hee Kim)
• History of the World According to Tea, 1:30pm (Michael Coffey, TeaGeek.net)
• Tea, Beyond A Beverage, 3:00pm (Yoon Hee Kim)
• How to Enjoy Japanese Green Tea, 4:30pm (Kyohei Sugimoto)
• Putting on an Afternoon Tea, 4:30pm (Julee Rosanoff, Perennial Tea Room)
